Can I process the winning bid payment over the phone?
No. In order to participate in the auctions you must have a credit card or PayPal. When you win the payment is processed automatically.
Where do I pick up my item?
If you won a Pick-up only auction or selected customer pick-up as the shipping method it will require pickup from the Processing Center specified by PropertyRoom.com.
What if I want to look at one of the vehicles in person?
Most of the auctions have review periods and you can call the location listed in the auction to find out how to view the item in person. They encourage you view in person that way you are fully informed.
What happens when I win?
You are sent an email confirming your winning bid and your payment method is automatically charged for “shipping, handling sales tax, and a payment processing fee if applicable”.
Is there a return policy if I do not want the item?
They do but it is based on discretion. You have to send an email first to their customer support explaining why.
